About this program

Advice is cheap; attention is rare. For three months, you work beside a matched bench of experienced operators, people who have built, hired, priced, shipped, and sold, in weekly in-person working sessions at the McLean hub. No generic office hours: every session works on your actual decisions of that week, with follow-through checked the next. Month one establishes your operating plan and the metrics that matter; months two and three execute against it, with your mentors opening doors on purpose, potential customers, partners, and the licensed professionals you’ll eventually need. You leave with momentum you can measure and a bench that keeps answering the phone.
