About this program
Twelve weeks, one objective: a startup that operates in the United States, not a plan to operate someday. Weeks 1–4, land and localize: positioning for American buyers, pricing for this market, and your entity and compliance orientation delivered as education by licensed professionals. Weeks 5–8, first customers: a live go-to-market sprint with weekly working sessions, real outreach, and mentor review of what the market says back. Weeks 9–12, momentum: your operating rhythm, your support bench (attorney, CPA, banker, introduced, not sold), and your debut on a demo-day stage in front of the hub’s full community. Cohorts are small by design; every founder gets a matched mentor bench and doors opened on purpose. Legal, tax, and immigration content is educational and delivered by licensed professionals named on each session.
