Introduction about AI Tools

Everyone talks about AI. Tonight, you actually use it.
AI, Actually is a free, beginner-friendly evening for the whole community, business owners, professionals, students, founders, and the simply curious. No jargon, no hype, no experience required. In two hours you'll learn what today's AI tools genuinely do well, watch them used live on everyday work, and then do it yourself, hands-on, with helpers in the room.
What we'll cover: The handful of AI tools worth knowing right now (and the many you can ignore) | how to ask AI for what you actually want, the skill that changes everything | live demonstrations on real tasks: writing and fixing emails, summarizing long documents, planning a project, preparing a presentation, doing research without drowning · where AI helps a small business today, customer messages, marketing drafts, routine paperwork · and just as important, what AI gets wrong, when not to trust it, and how to check its work.
Then the hands-on half: Pick a real task from your own life or business, and build it with AI right there, with mentors circulating to help. You'll leave with working skills, a personal starter kit of tools, and honestly, a little less anxiety and a lot more capability.
Bring: A Laptop or Tablet | One real task you'd love to make easier, and your questions. That's it.
Part of the ARAMHub AI Line, the hub was built in the AI era, and evenings like this are how we bring the whole community along. Ages 16+. Educational content only, not legal, financial, or professional advice.
